With a legendary musical score, an array of colorful characters, and a storybook setting, Stephen Sondheim’s Into the Woods is always an audience favorite. Take a magical journey into the forest with all of your favorite storybook characters, including Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack the Giant Slayer, and many more. As the shadows deepen and “happily ever after” turns out not to be the end of the story, the adventurers must learn the power of love, forgiveness, community, and hope. Widely considered one of Sondhiem’s masterpieces, Into the Woods features unparalleled music, hilarious mix-ups, thought-provoking lyrics, and a redemptive look at what it means to grow up.
