George Fox University Athletics At George Fox, we provide a competitive athletic experience that breeds athletic excellence Athletics are an important part of George Fox.

Our George Fox University athletes compete for conference and national titles in 17 sports at a Christ-centered university where professors and coaches help them grow in mind, body and spirit. At every game, our Bruin fan community bleeds blue and gold for our teams in the Blue Zone cheering station. They are home to one of the Northwest's most successful private university sports programs and are members of the Northwest Conference in Division III of the NCAA.

A new leader takes the reins for Bruin Lacrosse! 🐻🥍

Sharon Zemp has been named the fourth head coach in George Fox women’s lacrosse history, joining the Bruins after building Central Catholic into a 40-athlete program in less than two years. The 2024 OGLA Coach of the Year, Zemp led the Rams to their first Gold Cup appearance, while also coaching with Oregon Pride Lacrosse.

She takes over a Bruin program with 10 straight NWC championships, 91 consecutive conference wins, and six NCAA Tournament appearances in the last seven years.

For the first time in program history, a Bruin has been named to the ABCA NCAA Division III Region X All-Defensive Team.

Sophomore second baseman Adam Fulton earned the honor after putting together a flawless defensive season:
⚾️ 1.000 fielding percentage
⚾️ 161 total chances
⚾️ 75 putouts
⚾️ 86 assists
⚾️ 0 errors
