I got my first horse for my eighth birthday and my love for horses really started to develop. I have owned and shown Wilbur for the past 13 years. We went all over the Pacific Northwest showing. When we were showing competitively, we were number one in the state of Oregon and Washington for our division. We went to the Pinto World show together and placed in the top 5 in multiple classes. For the
past few years Wilbur has been leased out to a family who had two young children that learned how to ride on him. He is now retired from showing on the circuit and is back with me to teach my kids how to ride! Horses have always been such a huge part of my life. I have been riding now for over 20 years and I live for it. For as long as I can remember I have wanted to share this passion with others by teaching riding lessons to children. To this day I remember vividly the first time I got on a horse at only six years old, I remember my riding instructor, and how excited I was for my weekly lessons. My lessons and my trainers through the years helped shape me and find my inner confidence, this is something I would love to do for children with that same love for horses. I am excited to share my boy Wilbur with your child! He is a kind and gentle soul with a lot of patience, we both are so excited to start this journey and help children find their passion for horses.
