Important upcoming dates for Newaygo Middle School:
• August 18th - 7th and 8th Grade Open House
• August 19th - 5th and 6th Grade Open House
• August 24th - First day back for students
• September 3rd - No school for students
• September 4th-7th - No school (Labor Day Weekend)
• September 16th - First early release Wednesday*

*Newaygo Public Schools has switched from Late Start Mondays to Early Release Wednesdays. More info to follow on after school care availability for NMS students.

Mrs. Mercer and one of our own NHS Lions have started a summer running club. This is open to any NPS Lion, athlete or not! The first meetup will be this Wednesday, July 8th, at 10:00AM at Newaygo High School. See the attached flyer for more information, and reach out to Mrs. Mercer with any questions!

Please come join us for our 2nd Annual Basketball School in July! This year, we will be at the high school gymnasium. We will run three days: July 20, 22, and 24! Times will be 9 AM to 10:30 AM for boys AND GIRLS going into grades K-4. We will have a second session to follow from 11 AM to 12:30 PM for BOYS ONLY entering grades 5-8. Please see the sign up flyer below!
