Preschool With A Difference! Flying Colors Public Preschool is the Early Education and Evaluation Department of the Licking County Educational Service Center.

Preschool With a Difference! We provide free screenings to all children in Licking County who are 3 to 5 years old. Flying Colors Public Preschool also provides evaluations for children who are 3 to 5 years old and live in a Licking County school district (excluding Newark City Schools, Lakewood Schools, and Southwest Licking Schools) to determine eligibility for special educational services.
