Join us as we celebrate stories that reflect our students, our cultures, and our communities, because books help us understand and appreciate what makes each of us unique. 💫

Spirit Week Lineup:
📘 Monday – Diversity in Books: Wear something that represents who you are or what you love to do. Share books that mirror students’ life experiences.
📕 Tuesday – Library Day: Wear a RED shirt with uniform pants to show your love for reading!
🎩 Wednesday – Hats Off to Books: Wear a hat and highlight books that teach powerful life lessons.
🔤 Thursday – Shirt With Words: Wear your favorite shirt with words and celebrate vocabulary!
🎉 Friday – Celebrity Read: A special day of guest readers and big excitement for our Growing Readers!

Thanks to a philanthropic grant from Prudential Financial, every kindergartner in Newark Public Schools will have a college savings account.
