This is the smile and the look of a State Champion! Quarterback Dominic Pedante is congratulated by Coach Vinnie Scott after the Dragons come from behind win over Smyrna 38-30 for the first Division II title in 1975. The Dragons were down 30-14 with less than 10 minutes left in the game. Because of the never give up attitude Pedante, Jay Hooks, Harry Peoples, Greg Cross and the rest of Glasgow's stellar players that day, they walked off Brandywine H.S's field with their heads held high like the Champions they were. The history of GHS Football started with a championship attitude - never say never because these guys stuck together as a TEAM that beat all the odds and came out on top!!!!
