I’M GOOD AT turning financial roadblocks into clear next steps.
Sally Petrick brings decades of financial expertise to her role as an IFEL volunteer. Since beginning her journey in early 2021, she has supported over 20 small business owners in building solid financial projections that open doors to funding and growth.
Small business owner Taylor shared: “My session went awesome. Recently I’ve hit some hurdles when it comes to finances. After this session, I feel like we’re in a great position to fill out loan and grant applications because we now have the projections needed to receive capital. I feel very grateful for this opportunity to work with Sally!”

I’M GOOD AT turning digital marketing challenges into growth opportunities.
Ashley Willis joined IFEL as a volunteer in December 2024 and quickly became a standout in the community. As a digital marketing consultant and business owner, Ashley uses a holistic approach to help small businesses close gaps in their marketing strategies—with results that boost SEO, drive social media engagement, and increase overall online visibility.
Ashley has brought her expertise to two Social Media Marketing Hackathons, offering personalized, actionable support to small business owners.
One participant, Rhonda, shared: “I am so thrilled. Social media has been challenging for me, so an expert meeting me where I am and giving me tangible tools to make the progress I want to make was so helpful.”
