Great time yesterday at the Convention! Over 130 people were in the house to learn about the core slings in a lecture and lab format. It was great engaging with people from all over the country to spread the word! Sling on!

In honor of The Masters this weekend, we thought this would be an appropriate breakdown of Jordan Spieth’s core during the golf swing. These muscles are just part of the whole system, but they help to transfer forces from the ground through the body and into the arms and club.
