In honor of The Masters this weekend, we thought this would be an appropriate breakdown of Jordan Spieth’s core during the golf swing. These muscles are just part of the whole system, but they help to transfer forces from the ground through the body and into the arms and club. A dysfunction along this path can lead to low back pain and can steal power from the player.
