Team Raposa - Taekwondo/Boxing/Martial Arts Olympic Taekwondo, Boxing, Kickboxing Fitness, Karate, Capoeira, Real-World Self-Defense and Traditi

Our sports are Olympic Taekwondo & Boxing, but our martial arts include Karate, Capoeira, Kickboxing and Kombato. Whether you are looking to compete at the local or international level, learn how to defend yourself and loved ones on the street, or just get in shape; we got you covered! With over a decade of martial arts experience, Instructor and Coach Vinicius Raposa will get you to your goal. His self defense experience includes military combatives learned both in the US and Brazil, along with being the highest ranked Kombato practitioner in the US. Our Boxing program is run by Olympic Coach Willie Moses, who took the Newark star Shakur Stevenson to Rio Olympic Silver in 2016. For more information on our coaches and instructors, please visit:

WTA Tri-State Championship 2026 was amazing!
We took just under 30 competitors from all 3 Team Raposa locations in every event category.

We took home medals in little tigers par course, color belt and black belt sparring in all age groups, forms and board breaking! I couldn’t be more proud of everyone’s hard work and effort. Keep improving with each experience!

Alright, let’s have some fun!

As you all know, Team Raposa has it’s own soundtrack now, the songs are available on all music platforms. This, plus our comic book were our Christmas surprise to the staff. It’s been a few weeks since the songs were released, and there are some clear favorites here.

The competition to get into the top 10 list has been heavy, especially for top 5.

Blue Flame General is going to be hard to touch in Spotify, but on YouTube our Boxing Coaches are wayyy ahead.
