April 13th CLE- The Real Estate Law Society (RELS) is sponsoring a CLE event to discuss the Mt. Laurel Doctrine, and the most recent developments with COAH. The event is scheduled to run from 4pm-6pm with a reception following.
The event will feature three (3) panelists, and will be moderated by Professor Franzese. The panelists are:
-Thomas Daniel McCloskey, Esq., Partner, Fisher Boyles
-Stephen M. Eisdorfer, Esq., Partner, Hill Wallack
-Stefanie Wynne, Assistant Director of Housing Outreach Services, Affordable Housing Alliance

TOMORROW 9/10 from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm, in the Large Moot Courtroom will be the first general meeting for the Real Estate Law Society. PIZZA AND SODA WILL BE PROVIDED!
We understand everyone has different schedules, and no one should feel obligated to attend for the entire hour. Feel free to show up late, leave early, or even stay for just a few minutes.
We are pleased to announce that Mr. Joe Steinberg and Ms. Deborah Gabry have graciously extended an invitation to students interested in observing a zoning board meeting. More information about this opportunity is available at the meeting and by email. Interested students should contact Josh Gorsky, as the scheduled matters to be heard at zoning board meetings are sometimes adjourned.
For people interested in a LEADERSHIP POSITION in the Real Estate Law Society, the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer are all graduating 3Ls, so this club presents a great opportunity for students interested in real estate to get more involved in the law school community.

Reminder: anyone interested in working at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of General Counsel , Mr. James Lubin will be at the law school TODAY from 1:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. to answer questions about the Legal Honors Program.

The RELS board is hosting its first annual meeting. The meeting take places today, Monday, February 24, 2014, from 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. in the Small Moot Court Room. Pizza and soda will be served. Free Food!!!
