We’re excited to reveal the logo and theme for the 5th Annual 1st State Family Child Care Conference: Rooted in Excellence 🌳

This year’s theme reflects the strength, growth, and deep roots of the family child care community. Just like the tree in the logo, FCC providers continue to grow, adapt, and thrive while creating strong foundations for the children and families they serve each day.

“Rooted in Excellence” celebrates the dedication of educators who are committed to continuous growth, meaningful connections, and high-quality care. Together, we honor the roots that ground our work and the growth that continues to shape the future of family child care.
