Our first-year students, along with faculty and alumni, spent the weekend volunteering at the Special Olympics Summer Games! They conducted fitness screenings focused on flexibility, strength, endurance, and balance, while also supporting young athletes across a variety of sports through the Young Athletes program. It was an incredible weekend meeting so many athletes and families! πŸ’«

It is with great pleasure that we congratulate Dr. Patt Fay on successfully defending her dissertation and earning her Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) from New York Medical College. Her dissertation, β€œIs there an association between physical therapy utilization for persons with stroke admitted to the ICU and unplanned readmission?
