ATTN HORSE PEOPLE: BUYER BEWARE

I bought round bales from a seller in Phelps named Calvin. The first sample bale he brought to make sure the horses would eat it was adequate, and they ate it. So I went ahead and bought a whole load. The hay that he brought next was not horse quality, and the horses wouldn't eat it. I told him this and asked to return the unused ones. He refused. Please see our texts below. Do not buy from this man and make sure your horse friends know as well how he screws people.

I don't hold shows at my place just for this reason, but I agree. If you all want there to continue being shows in this area, you need to go and compete, volunteer, sponsor anything. Give feedback on what would get you doing these things so the shows can adjust accordingly. I feel this groups pain as many of the previous groups have gone under just for this reason. If you want to have shows, you need to support them.

Full Care Stall Boarding Available

With our deeply bedded 11’x14’ stalls and sprawling pastures, your equine friend will always have plenty of space to move around in his/ her downtime. Our bright 60’x120’ indoor arena and our beautiful new 80’x 210’ outdoor arena will ensure that YOU will always have room to ride. Amenities include: Hot/ cold water wash stall, climate controlled tack room with security system to protect your valuable tack. Our indoor arena footing is a sand/ rubber combination for excellent traction/ cushion and mixed with MAG flakes to eliminate dust. There is fresh, running water to all fields, heated during the winter. Grain and Hay are fed 2-3 times per day in their stalls as well as round bales in every field to keep them warm in winter and their guts healthy. The owner is an ARIA Certified Riding Instructor and Licensed Veterinary Technician with over 30 years of horse experience, so you can rest assured that your horse is in excellent hands. Owner lives on premises. Board is $400/ month and ALL disciplines are welcome. Lessons and leases are also available.
