CBE 2026 Hooding Ceremony. Congratulations, Grads!!

The American Institute of Chemical Engineering & University of Delaware hosted a ChemQuest day at the Route 9 Library. The K-12 children from the community were at awe from seeing how much fun science could be from the live demonstrations of dry ice bubbles, elephant toothpaste, & getting an egg into a bottle without any hands.

Huge shoutout to the AIChE K-12 team for hosting an incredible STEM Showcase at Harlan Elementary! There’s nothing quite like seeing the spark of curiosity in student's eyes when they realize that science isn't just a subject in a book—it’s something they can create, touch, and explore.

Thank you to our K-12 Outreach Coordinator Allie Landry and to Ms. Hoban at Harlan Elementary for their partnership in making this showcase a reality.
