Welcome everyone to the Urban Issues Institute. We will be launching our Spring '10 semester with our first in a series of monthly Town Hall meetings. The State of Our City Town Hall will be held at the Urban Issues Institute 4th Fl. Essex County College from 6-9pm on Thursday January 28, 2010.
