Os Lusíadas: The Portuguese Club at Rutgers

We collaborate with the World Languages department at Rutgers University as well as with the Newark Portuguese Consulate.

"Os Lusiadas," The Portuguese Club is a group that has been established by students with the purpose of spreading a better understanding of the Portuguese/ Lusophone culture and traditions and to introduce it to the student body and faculty of the Rutgers community.

Everyone is invited to our second event of the semester!
Join us as we celebrate the new publications of three Portuguese American authors! PaulA Neves, Marina Carreira, and Hugo Dos Santos will be reading excerpts from their books Passaic, Dead Things and Where to Put Them, and Homecoming. The poets will also be participating in a short Q&A at the conclusion of the program, as well as signing and selling copies of their work. Feel free to share and hope to see you there!
