Hartford Fair Sales Brochure...
The 2026 Hartford Fair Junior Fair Livestock Sales Brochure is now available. This brochure shares information on all three livestock sales (Large Animal, Small Animal, and Swine) and gives important information such as dates/times, locations, how to sign up as a buyer, and how the sale works. This brochure is a great addition to send with your buyer letters so that potential buyers have the information they need to be involved.

EARLY PROJECT JUDGING...
Licking County 4-H Project Judging will take place on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. If you will be unable to attend judging that day, please plan to attend Early Project Judging on Friday, June 26, 2026. Early Project Judging will take place by appointment at the Licking County Extension Office between the hours of 9:00am and 12:00pm. If you need to attend early judging, please call our office at 740-670-5315 to schedule your early judging appointment. We will need to know the name of the member being judged and what project(s) s/he will need judged.

Needing help with your Hartford Junior Fair entries?

We will offer two in-person help sessions for fair entries. Please be sure to have all information needed with you when you arrive for help. That may include things like RFID/Tag Numbers, S*x of Animal, Breed of Animal, Age of Animal, etc. along with knowing which Dept/Class/Lot you need to make entries for.

The Goats R Us 4-H Club will be hosting two goat workshops at the Hartford Fairgrounds in Grubb Arena. The workshops will take place from 7:00-9:00pm on both Thursday, June 25th and Thursday, July 16th.
