ogy. We encourage the spiritual and moral growth of our students through daily Theology classes, school Masses, class retreats, numerous service projects and daily prayer. Our Catholic heritage is vital to who we are and what we represent. In our curricular programs, our students continue to experience tremendous success. Last year’s graduating class of 68 students received over $3.9 million in scholarship money. Of these students, 97% are furthering their education in the college setting. Our State Proficiency Test and College Board scores are highly competitive. The average class size is approximately 20 students per class, with the student/teacher ratio being 14 to 1. Our faculty and staff are dedicated to insuring that our students will be well prepared for their future. Participating in a co-curricular program at Newark Catholic is a very fulfilling experience. We offer a variety of activities and athletic programs which will hopefully meet any student’s particular interest. You will find an overwhelming number of our students involved in our co-curricular programs that are both challenging and rewarding.
