Members of UD ARO Lab presented at the 55th Annual Clinical Aphasiology Conference in Pittsburgh, PA.
The focus of our presentations was preliminary analyses from our current project. Patrycja Puzio, MA CCC-SLP, PhD student, presented “A preliminary evaluation of cognitive interviewing ability in mixed-methods aphasia research” and Rebecca Hunting Pompon, PhD, lab director, presented “The appraised impact of psychological factors on communicative participation after stroke.”
Dr. Hunting Pompon also presented with colleagues from the Aphasia Psychological Care Network - Working Group 1 on “Assessment of psychological wellbeing in aphasia: preliminary data from a scoping review.”
We enjoyed time with research colleagues from across the US and beyond and learning about the latest in aphasia research. See you next year in San Diego!
