As we prepare for a new school year, we'd love to connect with parents who want to be more involved at Birch Grove. Being part of the PTC is a great way to meet other families, support our students, and help create fun and memorable experiences throughout the year.

Whether you can volunteer once or throughout the year, there's a place for everyone!

Birch Grove Bulldogs Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week is here!

Our amazing teachers and staff do so much for our students every single day, and this week we have the opportunity to show them just how appreciated they are! From meals and snacks to sweet treats and drinks, we are coming together as a community to celebrate the incredible people who help our children learn, grow, and thrive.

We would love your support! Families who would like to contribute toward Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week can help by donating items or contributing through the QR code on the flyer. Every donation, big or small, helps make this week extra special for our hardworking staff.

Hello BGP Families,

BGP will be holding our Classroom Showcase on Wednesday, May 6th from 5:30 to 6:30pm. Your student's teacher would like you and your family to come visit the classroom and see the wonderful art, projects, and work they have completed this semester. This event is dedicated to our current BGP families and guardians, so that our teachers get to spend time to spend with you and your student(s).

Some considerations for this evening
- Traffic and parking will be impacted so plan accordingly. We remind you to be courteous with all community members and abide by all traffic rules and regulations around our school.
- We will open campus and classroom doors promptly at 5:30pm. Please note that all children must be under adult supervision at all times.
- Our play structures will be closed during this event. Thanks for your understanding.
- School gates will be closed at 6:20pm. We will provide a 5 minute reminder that our event ends at 6:30pm.
- If you have academic concerns or need to talk to your student's teacher, please make an appointment with them for a later time.

Hello BGP Families,
I will be hosting the last Coffee with the Principal of this school year on Wednesday, May 6 in the cafeteria from 8:30 am to 9:00 am. During our last meeting, you will get some updates, reflect on this school year, and plan for 2026-2027. Please join me and bring your ideas and input to make BGP a better place for our students.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our Birch Grove Bulldogs Ice Cream Social! It was wonderful seeing so many families enjoying sweet treats, laughter, and time together as a community.

We truly appreciate everyone who helped make this event such a fun and memorable afternoon for our students and families. 💙

Hello BGP Families!
Today is the last day for parents and families to visit our Book Fair. The library will be open Thursday, April 16th from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Hello Bulldog families,

We are so excited for the BGP Book Fair - April 13th - 17th. Our Librarian is working hard to prep the books and displays for a fabulous Book Fair. All classes will attend the book fair during their normal library time. Teachers have also created classroom wish lists if you are feeling generous. Each teacher has sent home information in ParentSquare regarding how your student can purchase items during their classroom library time.
Special after school hours have been set for parents, students and families to visit the book fair from 3:00 to 6:00pm on Tues, April 14th, Wed, April 15th & Thurs April 16th.

This will be an event not to miss!
