8/20 - 3:00-7:00

Due to continued work on the Meece Campus parking lot, all families looking to visit the pop-up shop should enter campus at the Junior High and take the loop road down to the Meece Campus.

From July 12 to the 17th, 6 NCS Sophomores proudly represented NCS both academically and artistically at the 47th Governor School at UD! Adeline (dance), Page (academics), Kayla (violin), Anthony (percussion), Sarayu (visual arts), Kiyana (visual arts).

The Delaware Governor’s School for Excellence is a one-week summer residential program that brings together academically and artistically talented Delaware high school students between their sophomore and junior year. Students live in residence halls on the University of Delaware’s Newark campus and attend either the academic program, consisting of discussions, lectures, debates and films revolving around a specific theme, or the visual and performing arts program, which provides tutorial instruction with a noted artist and culminates in a performance or public display of the students’ work.
