Founded in 2002, InSpira has provided opportunities for individuals, young and old, to discover the joys of dance, music and fitness.
Our aim is to instill confidence and self-awareness in each student that will help them achieve their goals and dreams. InSpira has two locations - In Newark at 235 Halsey Street and a Temporary location at Soma Vayu Garden 73 Woodbridge Ave. Highland Park
Newark Hours are: Friday 4:30pm - 7:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm

Over the years, so many of you have been part of this journey — from our Central NJ stages to where we are today. Thank you. Truly.
This season, our theme is Roots.
It took me longer than usual to land on it. With so much happening personally and professionally, I needed a theme that felt true.
Roots felt true.
On June 20th, our dancers will perform at Newark Symphony Hall during its 100th Anniversary Season — on what would have been my Daddy’s 103rd birthday. He never missed a recital. Not one.
This recital represents resilience.
Growth.
Legacy.
And deepening our roots in Newark.

Anyone with connections to the City of Newark, NJ - City Hall please advise on where people are supposed to park on Halsey and Maiden Lane?? As a small business owner, owner of InSpira as well as all of the residents and other small bsuinesses in Teachers Village I don’t see where we park???
Are the cars supposed to park on the snow?
