InSpira Founded in 2002, InSpira has provided opportunities for individuals, young and old, to discover the joys of dance, music and fitness.

Our aim is to instill confidence and self-awareness in each student that will help them achieve their goals and dreams. InSpira has two locations - In Newark at 235 Halsey Street and a Temporary location at Soma Vayu Garden 73 Woodbridge Ave. Highland Park

Newark Hours are: Friday 4:30pm - 7:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm

Highland Park Hours are: Monday 5:00pm - 7:00pm, Tuesday - 5:00pm - 9:

InSpira is a dance center for children ages 2.5 to adults. We engage, inspire, and motivate all of our families to truly make a positive difference. What a great day!!! It was a day of learning, growing, networking and for Ms. Kris pitching InSpira. Today Ms. Kris participated in a growth challenge pitch competition in the Rutgers EPI Alumni Experience and out of 10 participants she won the Audience Award for her pitch and received $2,000!!! No PowerPoint presentation was allowed but you could bring props. She had InSpira student Aubree Powell participate and she was so awesome!!! Big thank you to the Rutgers EPI Fam, Sponsors PNC Foundation and all of the amazing entrepreneurs there today. ❤️❤️❤️

25 YEARS! 🎉💃🏾🥹

It’s hard to believe that InSpira is entering our 25th Anniversary Season! What started with 14 children and a dream has grown into 25 years of teaching, mentoring, building confidence and using dance to make a difference in the lives of young people.

On Saturday, August 22, we’re opening our doors to the community for InSpira Community Day at Newark Symphony Hall

Come take a FREE dance class, meet some of our instructors and see what InSpira is all about. We’ll have Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, and African Dance — and no experience is needed.

Bring the kids, tell a friend, and come dance with us as we begin this very special year. ❤️

Our Dream Conference career panelist Gabriella Robinson shares a time when she had been discouraged about an internship opportunity that ended up not happening and how she pushed through.
