Preschool Friendships
Some friendships start before you even know what friendship really means.
Back in preschool they were just little kids sitting together on the rug, sharing crayons, snacks, and learning how to be in a classroom. No one could have imagined that the same kids would still be walking through life together years later.
But here they are.
From tiny backpacks and Velcro shoes… to driving cars and planning their futures.
So many years, so many changes, and somehow the friendships stayed the same.
There’s something really special about friends who knew you when you were four years old and are still standing beside you in high school.
Congratulations Emma, Emerson and Meredith! We are proud of you!!
After 18 amazing years of love, laughter, patience, guidance, and dedication, Miss Maria is officially retired! Over the years, she has touched the lives of so many children and families, helping little ones grow with kindness, confidence, and joy. Her classroom was always filled with warmth, creativity, and so much love💞
To generations of preschoolers, she was more than just a teacher!! She was a safe place, a smiling face, a hug when needed, & a huge part of their earliest memories. Her impact on this preschool will never be forgotten.
Miss Maria, thank you for the countless lives you’ve shaped, the love you poured into every child, and the heart you gave to Child of God Preschool for nearly two decades. We are beyond grateful for you and wish you nothing but happiness, relaxation, & so many beautiful new adventures in retirement.

Yesterday we celebrated Preschool Graduation 🎓💛
What a bittersweet day it was watching these incredible kids finish this chapter and head off to their next big adventures. Over the past year they have worked hard, played hard, learned so much, & grown in so many ways.
We hope they always carry with them the friendships, memories, confidence, and love they found here at Child of God Preschool. We are so proud of each and every one of them and cannot wait to see all the amazing things they will do next. ✨

Tomorrow is a big day at Child of God Preschool!! Graduation Day & the final day of an amazing school year! 🎓❤️

Our annual Ice Cream Social was such a fun day! 🍦 The playground was full, the kids were all smiles, & everyone loved their treats. Thanks so much to Ice Ice Davey by Angela for coming out to make today sweet!!

At preschool age, play is so much more than just fun…it helps children learn patience, listening, impulse control, following directions, & managing big feelings! Here are 5 easy games you can play at home to help build those important skills:
🚦 Red Light, Green Light – practicing listening & self-control

On Thursday we hosted our annual Muffins with Moms event and it was such a sweet morning! 💕
The classrooms were filled with smiles, hugs, laughter, and lots of yummy muffins as our students spent special time with the amazing moms and mother figures in their lives. We are so thankful for all the families who joined us & helped make the morning so special for the kids!
