A decade of impact. So many lives transformed. Countless futures changed. What started as a bold vision by YMS students in 2013 became a movement that reshaped how Newark supports its youth’s post secondary planning. When progress stalled, YMS didn’t wait—we took action, secured funding, and opened the first few College Success Centers in 2015. Now, 10 years later, our CSCs have helped students become engineers, nurses, educators, and leaders. Today, we celebrate this milestone and the power of youth-led change.
