Early Dismissal: June 23-24, 2025 at 1:00pm
Due to the expected heat advisory for this week, all schools will have an early dismissal at 1:00pm on both June 23 and 24, 2025. All other activities and graduation ceremonies will remain as originally scheduled.
There will be no after-school program.

Salida temprana: 23 y 24 de Junio de 2025 a la 1:00 p.m.
Debido a la alerta por calor prevista para esta semana, todas las escuelas tendrán salida temprana a la 1:00 p.m. tanto el 23 como el 24 de Junio de 2025.
No habrá programa extraescolar.

Just a reminder that tomorrow Wednesday November 27th is a 1:00pm dismissal for students and staff.
The after school program is cancelled.
School will be closed Thursday November 28th and Friday November 29th.

Congratulations to our 8th Grader and National Junior Arts Honor Society student, Yoselin Morales Sanchez!

Her artwork was chosen to be on display to represent the Newark Board of Education Summer Arts Academies at The Newark Arts Festival!

This is a tremendous accomplishment, and we are all so proud of her hard work and creativity!

Her artwork was displayed at The Greater Newark Conservatory this past week, and Yoselin received a certificate at the reception on Saturday.

Bold designers with unlimited creativity showcasing some of the most daring fashions to grace a runway. It all happens at the Newark School of Fashion and Design (NSFD), with a curriculum powered by the Parsons School of Design.
