Dr. Kettely Doxy started the process of Rise and Shine Childcare Academy in Newark, New Jersey as the Director since 2013. Dr. Doxy is responsible for overseeing the function of the Daycare. She sets up policies and procedures and she makes sure that families and staff members are aware of the policies. She runs and manages the the facility's marketing to attract clients. Academy is committed to creating a safe, warm, loving environment for children where they can learn and grow physically, emotionally, creatively, intellectually, and socially at their own pace. We want to help your child increase their confidence, and self esteem by treating them as unique individuals, and allowing them to express themselves in a variety of facets. We strive to make your child's time at our daycare the best experience it can be for them as well as for you, the parents.
