This summer, our brothers are making impacts and advancing themselves professionally in finance, accounting, technology, healthcare, engineering, and more.
We are very proud to share the internships and part time roles our brothers are taking on in the workforce. Good luck to our brothers this summer. We can’t wait to see what you accomplish and look forward to seeing everyone in the fall!

Last Thursday, our brother Chris DeSantis represented the Alpha Xi Chapter of Theta Chi at the Delaware State House as part of a panel discussion hosted by the Delaware Legislative Women’s Caucus. Chris was invited by Representative Romer to speak about the work that is being done on campus to educate and develop men through respect, accountability, and leadership.
Chris spoke about programs such as Blue Hens Care, upstander training, and the value of building strong relationships with sororities through philanthropy and partnership. By providing an environment where open dialogue can take place, we can continue to build our community and strive to prepare our men for life after college.
