Founded in 1899, Alpha Sigma Tau is a national sorority for women, dedicated to promote the ethical, cultural, and social development of its members. AST @ NJIT was founded in 1983 making it the oldest and most deeply rooted sorority on campus! Today, their legacy lives on in our members, an elite group of women -- the best and brightest at NJIT. "ACTIVE, SELF-RELIANT, TRUSTWORTHY" since 1899.
