Becoming Qualified:
Living life, becoming aware of themselves and what part they play in life. Learn to be honest and realistic with themselves in what there actions play in the grand scheme of things. Learn to see themselves as part of a oneness of life and then how they play their part individually. Have positive thoughts, beliefs, outlooks on life as a whole. Learn selflessness. Learn to embrace their individuality without conforming to social norms (this helps them embrace their own unique skillsets). Not looking outside of themselves for anything while realizing that someone else brings more to your life experiences. Let go of fear of being hurt/uncomfortable/etc. Trust your decrements (even when it turns out different from expected or desired at the time) because this will improve discernment skills. Learn from undesired experiences. Don’t shutdown due to those experiences. There’s more but all have the same basis.
It may seem like a lot or too much. It’s really not. It’s way more simplistic than it may appear.
Take away - Fear
Add - Selflessness
Equal - Understanding, Love, Confidence, Wisdom etc

Qualified Women - Should support the vision using all of her discernment, intuition, skillsets, organizational skills, eye for details etc (so many different attributes to women to name).
These two things together is believed to be a very important and beneficial route to family/relationship success.
Full Logical preparation + Full Emotional Guidance = Vision Realized Jointly.
It’s to give both parties the opportunity to work together in unison using psychological methods that puts the masculine and feminine in its “most comfortable positions”.
Remember I said Qualified for both. Unqualified doesn’t count.
