That’s right, Harvard Undergraduate Latina empowerment and development will be here THIS MONDAY during free period (11:30-12:50)
This workshop will feature Rutgers' alumna and previous RU Deamer's President Isela as she addresses the specific challenges and opportunities faced by Latina students. Participants will gain valuable insights into building confidence, honing leadership abilities, and navigating the academic and professional landscape.
HU LEAD is committed to creating an environment that promotes Latine leadership and empowerment. LEAD connects accomplished Latines, while continuously contributing to an increasingly diverse and talented workplace.
Student will get to:
-Engage in discussions focused on enhancing leadership skills, effective communication, and strategic decision-making
-Build a supportive network of peers and strengthen connections that can extend beyond this GBM
-Learn about resources available to support Latina students in their pursuit of excellence
-Gain tools to navigate and succeed in academia and beyond while staying true to your roots
This GBM aims to empower Latina students to excel academically, lead confidently, and make a positive impact in their communities.
