NCA Art Gallery

The Art Department at NEwark Collegiate Academy prides itself on showcasing the amazing artwork that our students 9-12 create.

We use art education as a way of self expression and understanding and exploring other forms of creativity. Students at NCA create a variety of artwork. They draw, paint, discuss, design, and build artwork that lends itself to emotional and physical expression. Sometimes this process of artmaking is spontaneous and sometimes it is planned out.

This album is a cullmination of artwork from this year. These students have mostly had art for at least one year and have truly practiced their craft in ways that help them better articulate their self expression.
