The NJGPA is the state test every New Jersey junior must pass to graduate. No pass, no diploma. 🎓

Three years ago, my students were doing everything:📚 Saturday school📝 Tutoring💪 Extra practice🏫 Showing up every single dayBut something in my gut told me they still weren’t fully ready.

So the coach in me made a bold call:💵 “Pass ELA or Math — get $100.Pass BOTH — get $250.”

And that one challenge LIT A FIRE. 🔥Attendance went up. Effort went up. BELIEF went up. 🙌🏽 Fast forward to today…

✨ 75% of our juniors passed ELA — the highest in West Side history.
The. Highest. EVER.

My incredible alumni stepped up and helped fund every reward — and the look on those students’ faces?
Unmatched.
