You are more powerful than any force attempting to restrain you.

Be easy about this - we make much too much of this. Find something to feel good about and feel good about it.

You can't stand on your head in enough different ways to keep them happy.

If you're not selfish enough to tune into all that you are, you really don't have anything to give.

You are born knowing your freedom and your capacity to create.

There's no downside to feeling good.

There's no end to the wonderful things that can flow to you.

There are infinite ways to be free from the pain.

If Whites touch it, make it, sell it, repair it or talk about it, only then is it acceptable to Blacks.
