Mr. Patrick Cadas has recently completed his glass panel familiarization and required currency hours in Evektor 999VP. As of mid-January, he was hired by SkyWest Airlines in Denver CO. 999VP has Synthetic Vision, TIS (traffic information system), in-flight weather, and autopilot. Patrick will pilot an Embraer E-175. Congratulations

Congratulations to Mr. Jason Moore, who passed his Private Pilot checkride with us in December. He had passed his Sport Pilot checkride with us several months ago and decided to pursue a Private certification in order to fly larger aircraft. Jason's son Dawson also received his Private with Sport Pilot Chicago several months ago.

We had two checkrides today, 1 Private, 1 Sport. That makes a total of 16 FAA checkrides since August. All successful. Recently, an 18 yr. old young lady took her Commercial training with us and passed her ride in Sept. Glad to be a part of these exciting times.
