Love this! Outdoor play is an essential part of learning. Hands on open play encourages children to be curious, independent, and free thinking learners.
Some things we can do as parents to promote this is;
🍂 Creating outdoor sensory bins with sticks, rocks, and leaves and engaging in fine motor play.
👐💦 Exploring water by having access to buckets, nets, and shovels.
🛠Utilize different tools and build outside obstacle course constructions to promote gross motor development.
Being outdoors promotes good physical health, mental well being, and cognitive focus. ✅
