Be a Part of Our Book Club! One Book, One Community: Youth Edition

Discover the story of 𝘍𝘳𝘪𝘻𝘻𝘺 — a short, relatable, award-winning graphic novel written by Claribel A. Ortega and illustrated by Rose Bousamra.

Join us in activities and discussions about identity, self-expression and belonging. Then make it to our last meeting and meet illustrator Rose Bousamra in person!

All meetings will be held on COTC and Ohio State Newark’s shared campus in the John L. and Christine Warner Library and Student Center 1219 University Drive, Newark, Ohio, room 126.

Our Licking County Buckeyes took time this Veterans Day to handwrite thank-you cards for local veterans — a small way to show our deep appreciation. 🇺🇸

The cards were delivered to the Veterans Lounge at The Ohio State University at Newark to share with those who’ve served.
