‼️REMINDER! – NEED PICS FOR CLASS OF 2025 SENIOR BANNERS BY 4/30‼️

The tradition of hanging a senior banner on the Newark Catholic track fence (North side on West Church Street) began in 2020 during the pandemic. It was originally meant as a way to honor the NC graduates during a time when a lot of traditions didn’t happen. This sentiment was so well-loved that it has continued in the years since. Banners are hung by families following the Senior Mass of Farewell at school (5/16/25 this year) and left hanging on the fence until after Graduation (5/25/25!). Banners are 36x24” (see example) and are $20 each. Please see below for information regarding the ordering of your senior’s banner.

1. Please submit a photo of your senior. Only one photo is needed/should be submitted. The image can be a formal senior picture or a snapshot of them wearing their future college apparel.
2. Name your photo with your senior’s first and last name as you wanted it printed on the banner.
3. Please email this photo to [email protected] by Wednesday, April 30.
4. Please also submit payment by Wednesday, April 30, to Shannon Caudill via cash, check, or Venmo -Caudill-328.
5. If your photo and payment are not received by April 30, there is no guarantee that your senior’s banner will be printed in time to hang on the fence.

Senior Prom Dinner will be at The Buxton Inn in Granville before the dance.

Menu:
-Two Entrees - Chicken Parmesan & Beef Pot Roast with Mashed Potatoes*
-Another Starch TBD
-Vegetable TBD
-House Salad
-Rolls
-Dessert
-Lemonade, Iced Tea, Soft Drinks, Water

Cost: $40 per person

RSVP & Payment: Deadline is Sunday, 4/6. Please respond on this post or text Katie Shay-Sutton at 740-334-0905 to RSVP. Payments can be made to Katie by Cash, Check or Venmo .
