Our Candy Apple Preschool friends had a blast when the Marbletown Volunteer Fire Department stopped by for some water fun, followed by popsicles from Nani's Treats !

We’re celebrating some sweet news!

Candy Apple Preschool is honored to learn that we were nominated for and named a Silver Winner for Best Childcare in the 2026 FLX Finest Awards!

This recognition means so much because it reflects the love, care, and dedication our teachers and staff bring to our children and families each day.

Dear Candy Apple Families,
We are excited to share that Monday will be a special fun-filled day at Candy Apple Preschool!
The local fire truck will be visiting and will be spraying water for the children to enjoy. We will also have the ice cream truck stopping by so each student can enjoy a special ice cream treat!
To help your child have a safe and fun day, please send them with:
• Swimsuit or water play clothes
• Towel
• Sunblock (check to make sure your child still has some as it goes quickly throughout the summer)
Please make sure all your child's belongings are clearly labeled with their name.
We are looking forward to a wonderful day of summer fun and making special memories with all our students!

CALLING ALL PARENTS WITH KIDDOS GOING INTO UPK & KINDERGARTEN:

Lyons Central School District, in partnership with Seed & Sew, is hosting a one-hour virtual session designed just for families of our youngest learners! This workshop is for families of children heading into Pre-K or Kindergarten and will give you practical, research-backed tools to support their growth, school readiness, and confidence this summer and beyond.

They'll talk about what school readiness really means, how to tune into your child's unique needs, and simple ways to build connection and confidence at home.

You'll walk away with:
●A clearer understanding of what school readiness actually looks like and why it's about more than academics.
●Simple strategies to support your child during the transition to school.
●Practical tools to use this summer to set your child up for a confident, calm start to the school year.

Miss Zubby’s preschool class also hosted a muffins with mom event today. They showered the special women in their lives with love and gifts. The children performed a song for their families.
