There are three hypothetical ideas I am looking to explore, and they include:
☑️ A 32-hour, 4-day workweek with no reduction in pay or benefits;
☑️ The normalization and de-stigmatization of mental health days;
☑️ Greater flexibility around remote work, where applicable.
