Saturday marked the graduation of the first cohort of the Cornell Chief AI Officer Program - a program delivered by XED created for senior leaders navigating one of the most consequential shifts of our time.

In collaboration with Cornell University, the journey was anchored not in experimentation, but in enterprise responsibility.

A defining milestone for XED

XED, in collaboration with Harvard Graduate School of Education, has officially announced the launch of the Education Leadership Program (ELP) - a six-month leadership journey with structured learning, research-backed approaches to strengthen leadership, elevate instructional practice, and drive measurable improvement across your institution.

Developed with Professional Education at HGSE, the program is designed to strengthen strategic, instructional, and systems-thinking capabilities among school and education-system leaders across the region.

The Education Leadership Program combines:
- A three-day, in-person institute in Dubai with HGSE faculty
- Faculty-led, live interactive virtual sessions
- Apply practical tools and frameworks, and structured peer engagement

The audience for this program will be school leaders, including principals, deputy principals, and other senior administrative and school leadership staff, from government and independent schools and a range of other educational institutions.
