What stores/websites do you guys shop for your teacher outfits? I need ideas please or even links! My new school says "Plan to dress comfortably but still professional and presentable. Please refrain from wearing workout attire".

✨ Throwing it back to one of my favorite classroom moments…

Last school year, this HMH Module 5 project for my 5th graders was fully funded through DonorsChoose, and watching my students bring their learning to life was one of those moments that reminded me why I love project-based learning so much. 💛

Now that I’ve traded my NYC classroom for a new adventure in South Carolina (and I’m still teaching 5th grade with HMH 🙌), I’ve been thinking about how I can recreate experiences like this for my new students. There are so many ideas already swirling around in my head!

Hey everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself now that I'm expanding on my teacher journey here on FB 😊 Would love for y'all to tag along 🫶🏽

- My name is Brianna but my kiddos call me Ms. Taylor or Ms. TayTay

- I'm finishing off my 8th year of teaching 5th grade in NY

- I graduated SUNY Cortland with my bachelor's in Early Childhood/Childhood Education (go dragons 🐉)

- I graduated SUNY Albany with my Masters in Curriculum Development & Instructional Technology

- My first class ever graduates from high school this year (miss y'all so much 🫶🏽)

- I taught in a charter school for my first 5 years of teaching

- Now I'm currently teaching in a public school (3rd year in the DOE)

- Ya girl has anxiety & ADHD so I'm definitely a Type B/ Type C teacher (except when it comes to decorating my classroom 😂)
