If you vote, you are part of the problem.

We already know what most politicians are like: power-hungry, dishonest, disconnected from ordinary people, and more interested in protecting their own position than protecting the rights and freedoms of the public.

Every election, we’re told we have to choose the “lesser evil”—as though putting a different face into the same broken system is going to create real change. But voting for people who lie, overreach, waste public money and keep taking more control over our lives only gives them legitimacy.

Then, when they do exactly what politicians always seem to do, people act surprised.

Refusing to vote isn’t always apathy. Sometimes it is the only way to say: none of you represent me, none of you have earned my support, and I will not help legitimise what you do.

You voted them in. You gave them the power. Don’t tell the people who refused to support them that they have no right to complain.

The strongest vote is no vote at all.

You are the problem. Not the government, not the politicians, not the system. You.

You call politicians corrupt, then vote for them.
You say taxes are theft, then pay in silence.
You teach your kids to stand up for themselves, then submit to authority.
You share posts about government corruption, then comply with every demand.

This isn’t about blaming “them” and staying comfortable. The system relies on ordinary people obeying orders they know are wrong. It collapses when enough people stop blind obedience and start taking lawful action to defend their rights and hold public office‑holders to the rule of law.
