As we near the end of National Mental Health Awareness Month, Reading Partners encourages you to keep prioritizing your mental well-being ๐
For each of us, that can look different, but what matters most is being intentional about the things that support us.
And yes, reading (it's in our name ๐) is a powerful place to start:
๐ Brain boost โ Reading daily keeps your mind sharp and improves memory
๐ Stress relief โ A good book helps you escape daily worries and find calmness
๐ Better vocabulary โ Reading expands your word bank, building confidence and connection
๐ Improved focus โ Reading trains your brain to concentrate in a busy world
๐ What do you like to do to support your mental health?

โ๏ธ๐ Ever wonder what happens to learning over summer break?
Itโs called the summer slide: when students can lose some of the progress they made during the school year, especially in reading and math.
The good news? A little reading and learning throughout the summer can make a big difference! ๐๐ก
โก๏ธ Swipe to learn what the summer slide is to help students stay on track!
