Is your passport expiring soon?⁠
Here are a few tips to make the process as painless as possible:⁠
✅ First of all, remember if your passport has less than 6 months on it, you need a new one!⁠
✅ Allow up to 13 weeks for passport processing. You don't have to want to end up paying extra to get an expedited one.⁠
✅ Make surre you have blank pages. ⁠
✅ Check if you need a visa also!

Temperature's were record high a few weeks ago. Before we know it, summer is going to be here and what does that mean?

Before the Southerners come in attack mode, in the Northeast US barbecue does not refer to the process of barbecuing meat. It's basically a summer picnic where you are cooking things on an outdoor grill.

Now I'm sure most of you have tried satay - unless you're living under a rock somewhere. BUT did you know there are different styles of Satay throughout Southeast Asia - it's not just Thai. Malaysia, Indonesia and others have their own version of satay!

One major difference in the Malay version is there is no coconut milk in the sauce. So if you're allergic to coconut, this is the Satay version YOU MUST TRY!
