Dreams hold a quiet, steadfast power—transforming my hopes into gentle intentions that reach out and nurture the world around us, quietly yet steadily. The dreams we hold are seeds for change, guiding us to create connections and embrace those around us, even in the smallest everyday moments.

Presenting my cherished recipes, filling the air with laughter, meeting your bright smiles across the room, and carefully inscribing your names beside mine is adream turned reality. Each action is a celebration of togetherness, connection, and community, reminding me of the unique ways our lives and stories intertwine through shared purpose.

This launch sends my love further than ever before.

Hands down, Healthletics makes the best BPC-157 Peptides.

Theirs are very potent, bioavailable, and orally taken, which makes reaping the benefits of peptides even easier!

They have been keeping me right as I prepare for my next gold medal-let's go!!!

You wake up before everyone else because you have to. There are bills to pay. People to protect. A life to keep afloat. You show up, not once in a while, not when it’s easy—but every single day. You provide. You lead. You take the hits so others don’t have to. You don’t complain, not because there’s nothing to say, but because you’ve been conditioned to believe no one’s really listening.
And no one claps for that.
No one applauds the man who holds it all together. No one asks the strong one if you’re tired or scared, or even feel like screaming into the dark.

Because you’ve become so good at performing stability, people forget you’re human. They forget that strength can be heavy. That being reliable is sometimes a curse disguised as a compliment. They see the stoic face, the steady hands, the predictable presence—and they assume you’re fine. They don’t see the private unraveling. The quiet nights where you wonder how long you can keep this up. The weight you’re carrying, and the fact that it’s getting heavier with every silent, selfless day.

You were taught to carry, but never taught to release. You learned how to protect, but never how to receive.
You mastered endurance, but no one showed you how to rest. And somewhere along the way, you started to believe that asking for help was weakness. That admitting fatigue would unravel everything. But the real danger isn’t in the asking—it’s in the pretending. Because carrying a silent breakdown beneath a polished surface? That’s what destroys you. That’s what erodes you from the inside out.

True strength isn’t silent. It’s honest. It’s tender.
It knows when to ask for backup. And perhaps the bravest thing you can do now—the strongest thing—is to stop posturing and start feeling. To tell the truth. To let someone hold you—not just physically, but emotionally. And maybe, for once, to hold yourself… with gentleness.

When I was an athlete, food was my fuel for performance.

In my lowest moments, it became my comfort, a way to cope.

Now? Food is my language. My ritual. A grounding force that nurtures the part of me carrying life’s weight.

We often talk about "what" to eat—rarely "why" we eat the way we do.

For me, food is structure. It’s sacred. It’s peace on a plate.

That’s why I wrote the Eat To Be Exceptional Cookbook: to create harmony between nourishment and flavor, macros and meaning.

Because when food feeds your soul as much as your body, it becomes truly transformative.

If you’re ready to change your relationship with food—and discover what it means to eat to be exceptional—this book is for you.

How has your connection to food evolved? Let’s talk about it.

It’s everywhere you look. People shouting it from the rooftops. Wearing it loud on their shirts. Preaching it like it’s the only truth.

Push harder. Go longer. Train until you drop. But here’s the thing—most of us don’t need more “beast mode.”

What we’re really missing? True recovery. Real regulation. A nervous system that actually gets a chance to reset.

That’s the part no one talks about. You won’t see it in the highlight reels or hear it in the locker room hype. I’ll admit, I used to buy into that “grind harder” mindset—until my body told me otherwise.

That’s why I wear my Whoop. To stay honest with myself.

Whoop isn’t just a band on my wrist; it’s a window into how I’m actually doing. It gives me real-time insights—like detailed sleep analysis that shows not just how long I slept, but how well. Am I getting the restorative sleep I need to really recover? Or just spinning my wheels?

Whoop tracks my strength, recovery, and training intensity. It tells me when it’s smart to push—and, even more importantly, when it’s time to pause. It helps me manage my daily stress and see how my choices throughout the day show up in my body and my mind.

This is the part that matters most: Knowing myself—deeply. Being able to make intentional choices, not just reacting to the pressure to “do more.”

So, am I in beast mode today? Not at all. I’m in alignment mode. And honestly, it feels better than anything I ever chased.

We’ve swapped our everyday routine for a summer in Europe.

Just my family and me—no deadlines, no rushing, just space to slow down.

There’s something powerful about stepping outside your usual rhythm. Waking up without an alarm, eating breakfast together, and wandering through golden evenings after dinner. It’s a reminder that real rest isn’t just a luxury—it’s essential, especially for those of us who live life at full tilt.

This change of pace has given me the chance to breathe deeply, to reflect, and to reconnect with what really matters. And in that space, I’ve found myself thinking about my cookbook—even weeks after it hit #1 on Amazon’s New Release list.

Because, honestly, this book is about more than recipes. It’s about the moments around the table. Travel reminds me of that—how every culture, every family, makes food the centerpiece of connection and celebration. No matter where we are, gathering for a meal grounds us and brings us together.

That’s why I wrote ‘Eat To Be Exceptional.’ Not just for high-achievers, but for anyone who wants real food to fuel real life. No complicated prep, no rigid meal plans—just meals that nourish, connect, and fit effortlessly into your life, wherever you are.

We designed it as a reset, but truly, it’s a lifestyle manual. My hope? That it finds a home on your kitchen counter, helping you create your own meaningful moments—at home or abroad.

If you’ve already picked up a copy, thank you so much. If not, you can order it now—and if you do, tag me! I’d love to see what’s on your summer table, wherever your adventures take you.

Let me know what you make first.

“Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food.” Hippocrates famously said, and I’ve lived—and worked with enough bodies—to know how true that is.

The older I get, the more I realize that health is about choosing to nourish yourself with intention, daily.

In 2018, something miraculous happened when I met Santana .

For the first time, someone I had never met cooked for me, and I could taste the love in every bite.

I was immediately blown away; the flavors reminded me of home. His food fostered nostalgic conversations, forced adult nap times, and inspired me to work at creating fitness-focused food that was just as flavorful.

Soon after, right before covid, he and I started a meal plan service “ Be Exceptional Meals” where we collaborated to stretch our expertise.

He brought the flavor, and I brought the fitness-driven macros. I know someday we’ll be back in the kitchen together, and with "Eat to Be Exceptional," this is one half of a masterpiece.

He doesn't know it yet, but we will do a book together soon.

Eat to Be Exceptional is just the beginning!

Tag that person.

Let them know you notice.

Let them know they inspire you.

The kind of discipline they have is powerful.

And the world needs more of it.

When I’m busy, I aim for power meals.

Don't let a busy life force you into a reactive diet.

You need 3–5 meals you can make with your eyes closed that fuel you well and don’t require 100 steps. I call them “power meals. They’re balanced. They’re fast. And they’re always in my rotation.

These are the ones I use when I don’t have time to think. Because we need systems that serve the version of us that’s exhausted.

Do you have a go-to meal that never lets you down? I’ll trade you mine if you share yours.
