Ragtime Ragtime is a musical that follows three families in the early 1900s pursuing the American Dream, including Black pianist Coalhouse Walker Jr. (Joshua Henry), Latvian immigrant Tateh (Brandon Uranowitz), wealthy Mother (Caissie Levy).
