'Turning the Stones of Shadow Work' series has led women to discover their shadow, recognize the masks they wear, address the Inner Critic and learn to use triggers as teachers.
Our last session focused on the Reclamation of Self. Most of us as women lose ourselves while being mothers, friends, coworkers, sisters, daughters and lovers.
Through reflective exercises and art, we worked on rediscovering our authentic selves.
