☀️ Outdoor Adventures at Mandarin & Spanish Summer Camp! 🌳💦 Yesterday's beautiful weather gave us the perfect opportunity to take our learning outdoors! Our Mandarin and Spanish campers enjoyed an exciting day at the playground and splash pad, where they laughed, explored, climbed, splashed, and made wonderful memories together.

Outdoor play is an important part of our camp experience, helping children build confidence, strengthen friendships, develop gross motor skills, and practice communication—all while having fun in Mandarin and Spanish! 🌎💚

Our summer campers explored the Hall of Dinosaurs, where they came face-to-face with incredible fossil skeletons and learned about the amazing creatures that roamed the Earth millions of years ago.

Our Spanish immersion campers continued their journey through history at the Hall of Mexico, discovering the country’s culture and traditions, while our Mandarin immersion campers explored the Hall of Asian Peoples and learned about life across different regions of Asia.

🌞✨ What an amazing first two weeks of HWIS Summer Camp!

Our campers explored our 🐝 Bee Brilliant theme with hands-on crafts, cooking, exciting activities, and language immersion in Mandarin or Spanish. They also had a blast in our amazing indoor playground, enjoyed water play, and so much more!

Now it's time to say goodbye to Bee Brilliant and get ready for next week's adventure... ⏳ Time Travel Tales! We can't wait! 🚀

Join our 2026 Summer Bilingual Buds Program! Designed for children ages 1–3 and their caregivers, our play-based classes introduce either Mandarin or Spanish through songs, stories, movement, and hands-on activities in a warm, supportive environment.
