The studio is now open to a monthly “time share” situation for the right person / team. The studio has a full complement of DAW software including the latest versions of LOGICX, Pro Tools 12, and ABLETON along with a large compliment of virtual instruments and plugins. There is an iso-booth perfect for vocals and and solo instrumentalists. Planet Studio NYC is thrilled to announce it's new home as part of the MusicWorks NYC recording studio complex located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Currently in Studio B, the move into Studio C happens on May 1st!

Planet Studios NYC bids farewell as it closes its door and a musical chapter. Like so many other recording facilities in NYC, no lease renewal was offered as the building changed owners. The studio was built in 2006 as the personal project studio of Peter Bliss and over the years became a favorite recording place to capture musical and vocal performances of so many talented artists. In a one week period, we welcomed songwriter & ASCAP head Paul Wiliams, artist Joan Osbourne, and J Cole.
